Model Train Expo

We went to the San Diego Model Train Expo at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Timmy loved seeing Thomas the Tank Engine the most (of course).

I think this is it!

I've been looking for a way to showcase photos and videos of the Kids, but in a blog-like style yet still be able to "group" photos. Picasa Web is my primary photo storage of choice, but I don't like that I *have* to organize images into albums. Flickr has the "stream" display I like, but it takes a few more clicks to get to a specific event, plus you can't see Sets in chronological order - or maybe you can and I just don't know because I'm too cheap to pay $25 when so many the other awesome services I use online is free - like posterous! :) I need something that's super-intuitive for the least computer-savvy people. Something my grandparents in Taiwan could easily use. :)

Long story short, I'm thinking posterous is my solution. I can post single images or videos as I take them, or if I post a bunch of images, it'll group them together in that cool format with the thumbnails and previews and all. It will all be online with the most recent being on top, and the viewer can scroll down and click whatever they want to see. I can add text if I like, and if I don't, it'll still look cool. Awesome, I love it.
